Velada Allard McElroy

Native Oregonian, Velada Allard McElroy, is a Bookkeeper by day, a Mixed Media Artist by night and an Author somewhere in-between. Velada married her high school sweetheart almost 30-years ago and together they raised their 3 children in the Willamette Valley where some of her ancestors settled in the 1850’s. When Velada is not playing with her grandchildren, camping, crabbing, or visiting the Oregon Coast, she is studying cultural anthropology and researching American history for her next novel.
